Vipul KediaChief Data & Platforms Officer
Vipul is one of the earliest team members at Affle and has played a key role in building Affle over the last 15 years. He has played a multitude of roles across different business units and functions including Business Development, Partnerships, Account Management, Product and Operations In his current role, he is the leader of MAAS business in India, and is responsible for driving the growth of MAAS in India and the overall product and strategy for the platform. He also anchors the mDMP and mFAAS platforms of Affle. He has a keen interest in mobile advertising fraud and big data technologies.
Vipul has over 16 years of experience in Consulting and Adtech. Prior to joining Affle, he worked with IBM business consulting specializing in the Telecom Practice. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science Engineering from IIIT-Hyderabad and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Viraj SinhCo-founder, Managing Partner - International
Viraj leads International Sales and has played a key role in growing Affle to new markets across the US, Middle East and Europe. Now with Affle for over 6 years, he started his entrepreneurial journey at Mobimasta, joining in post-acquisition of that company by Affle, and has since also been responsible for key initiatives such as publisher growth and management, product development and driving key partnerships for the company.
Viraj has over 15 years of experience across advertising, media and technology. He holds a Bachelor in Economics degree from Delhi University and an MBA from Asian Institute of Management, Philippines.

Ankit has experiences across bigger companies from Microsoft, Oracle to startups like InMobi & Affle. Over his 15+ experience he has built an expertise in converting white spaces into sustainable business revenues esp. in Emerging Markets. He is also a prolific writer with few of his pieces featured on Yourstory, Entrepreneur & LinkedIn. A mindful meditation practitioner who has keen interest in world history also teaches digital marketing at various B schools and recently co-authored a business case published for Ivey to be taught in B schools globally.

Nishant is Director of Sales at MAAS which is a unified user growth platform powering brands and apps globally. He is currently leading the Client success for their app marketing efforts for the India region and works closely with top advertisers into various domains and verticals. With 10+ years of experience, he brings to the table his expertise in Adtech and digital sales with a strategic approach to growing and nurturing the accounts. In his previous roles he has worked with organizations like HT Media & One97 and had his entrepreneurial journey through a SaaS product and a startup into the food delivery industry.

Raghav leads Affle's Global Account Management teams and is responsible for expanding the MAAS business into global markets such as South East Asia, Middle East, US and EU. Raghav joined Affle with 10+ years of experience. In his last stint, he was working for InMobi as Director – Sales (South East Asia) and has played key roles in the ad tech ecosystem across APAC markets. He has previously driven growth initiatives for companies like Fidelity Investments and The Smart Cube.

Mudasir drives business growth for MAAS in the markets of Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines. Mudasir has been with Affle for over seven years and in his role, he manages the day-to-day business development activities in the said markets and is trusted with strengthening client relations and creating an impactful brand presence of MAAS in the region.

Daniele De Canio specializes in media and has worked in the industry for over 15 years. He has had the privilege to work on all media platforms throughout his career. Expanding his media knowledge has always been a driving force in order to better advise clients on the potential gaps in their marketing plans.
He has launched campaigns for various clients not only in South Africa but throughout Africa.
Through the years he has worked as a Sales Director which allowed him to travel into Africa and explore new growth opportunities for businesses. He is passionate about working with people and building relationships and looks at innovative solutions to meet clients demands.

Ricardo is leading business and sales for Latin America for MAAS Platform and has over 20 years experience in the industry. He is widely respected as a thought leader in the mobile marketing industry, known for his strategic thinking, creativity, and ability to execute.
Throughout his career, he has worked in sales and revenue roles to lead business growth and launching growth for many B2C brands. Ricardo previously also founded Performance Media, one of Latin America's most well-known full-service digital agency.

Sharadh will be leading Supply Partnerships at MAAS and has worked with SVG-Dentsu, Bertelsmann and HT Media in the past. His experience in Digital varies from strategizing CPM sales to driving UA across key supply partners. In the last couple of years, he was instrumental in setting up DSP, SSP Platform partnerships. He has 14 years of experience in Digital, Print, and Technology. He is a postgraduate from School of Business Management, NMIMS and an engineer from IP university. He loves to work at the intersection of Future Media and Technology.

Anirudha is the Director - Client and Platform Operations at MAAS Platform and responsible for ad monetization and supply partnerships globally. He has 13+ years of work experience in Telecom and Adtech. He has contributed to the growth of multiple business units within the company.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from BJB Autonomous College, Bhubaneswar and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from ICBM - School of Business Excellence, Hyderabad.

Palash has played several key roles within MAAS India team and drives growth for the platform & key verticals for India region. With over 8 years of experience across management consulting and AdTech, he has worked to grow client success. His special interest in digital advertising space is on how to solve the problem of mobile ad fraud, an area where he has worked on multiple projects to tackle this ever-evolving problem.
He holds a Dual degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT Delhi.

Klaus is an experienced AdTech and digital market leader with 10 years of experience in strategy, partnerships, and business development across the mobile advertising ecosystem. Deep understanding of mobile advertising, monetization and programmatic ads business. Ex-General Manager of YouAppi China, success leading the BD and AM team to close the demand and supply deal in China. Klaus has previously also worked with top-tier IT companies such as Baidu and Sohu.

Anuj has over 17 years of relevant media and advertising industry experience and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from St. Stephen's College and a Masters in Advertising & Communication from MICA in India.

Kapil leads the finance for Affle Group & is also responsible for operations including legal, IT, Admin & HR. Kapil has worked as an audit partner at S. Mohan & Co, a highly respected Chartered Accountancy firm in India and subsequently joined KMG Infotech, a New York based software development company as VP, Finance. Kapil brings in a wealth of Finance, Operations and Legal expertise to Affle and has been part of Affle for >4 Years.
Kapil has over 20 years of audit and industry experience He graduated from Delhi University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Mei Theng LeongChief Financial & Commercial Officer – International
Mei Theng Leong leads finance and commercial functions for Affle International. She has played a pivotal role in the ERP implementation and the SG:Accreditation of Affle’s platform. She was previously the Group Financial Controller in a diversified group listed on Singapore Stock Exchange (“SGX-ST”). She has played an active role in corporate actions including investments & divestment opportunities as well as post-acquisition integration activities.
Mei Theng Leong has 18 years of experience and she holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, majoring in Accounting and Finance from Curtin University of Technology and an MBA from The University of Hong Kong. She is also a fellow member of CPA of Australia.

Charles YongChief Architect & Technology Officer
Charles joined Affle in 2006. With over 20 years of experience, he leads all R&D and Technology efforts for Affle’s platforms as its Chief Architect. His team of engineers is responsible for building multiple Big Data and AI driven platforms at Affle. Charles also plays an active role to coach the lead architects at Affle on the innovation development lifecycle processes.
Charles is a telecom industry veteran and an experienced technologist with over 20 years of consulting and programming design experience. He is an alumnus of the Monash University in Australia.

Sujoy GolanChief Of Marketing & Omnichannel Platforms
Sujoy is Affle's chief storyteller and leads the Omnichannel Platforms business. He brings experience scaling consumer internet and enterprise businesses across SaaS(Unbxd), Adtech(InMobi), E-commerce (Flipkart), and Fintech(Lendingkart). In Sujoy's last role at Lendingkart, he was instrumental in building one of India's largest Fintechs in the SMB space.
Sujoy has over 14 years of work experience and holds a degree in Bachelor of Engineering, Mechanical Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode.
